Spring Beginners Walk

Join a beginners introductory foraging walk to learn about the bounty of Spring wild foods!
During this workshop you will learn about some basic edible Spring greens, herbs and flowers found in Glasgow's green parks, and how to use them in salads, soups, teas and tinctures.
Bring along a little basket so you will be able to bring your foraged foods home for a wild lunch!

Saturday 5th June - Queen's Park FREE Spring Beginners Foraging Walk, £5 suggested donation
Wednesday 9th June - Pollock Park FREE Spring Beginners Foraging Walk, £5 suggested donation
We will meet at 11.00 AM and set off at 11.05 for a short and easy walk around the park. I will send you the meeting location and more details once you have booked. There will be a maximum of 12 places.
